Standard shipping for large items typically takes 7-10 business days. Due to their weight, these are shipped via freight and include a scheduled liftgate delivery to your property.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all our products come with detailed technical manuals. We recommend hiring a licensed gas fitter or contractor for built-in grill installations to ensure safety and warranty compliance.
What is your return policy for outdoor kitchen components?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-built outdoor islands and special orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are your BBQ grills compatible with both Natural Gas and Liquid Propane?
Most of our high-end models are fuel-specific. Please select your preferred fuel type on the product page. If you need to switch later, conversion kits are available for specific brands.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
