The OFYR Pizza Oven 100 converts your OFYR cooking unit into a wood-fired pizza oven. It consists of a double-sided stainless steel cloche and a specially adapted grill plate that fits the OFYR 100 cooking unit. The natural wood fire creates the perfect environment for artisan-style pizzas with crispy crusts. A pizza scoop is included for easy handling. Cook by feel — no thermometer is included as temperature varies with surroundings, wood type, and cloche opening size. For optimal heat distribution, generate heat from the sides of the base rather than placing a large fire in the center. Fits OFYR Classic 100 / Classic Storage 100 / Island 100 models.

Accessories warranty: 2 years (B2C).
